Our history and the company today
Over 27 years, Baikal Cruise has earned a reputation as a reliable partner offering a complete range of passenger transportation services, with passenger safety as its first priority.
ATA BAIKAL CRUISE LLC has all the required resources: an operations base with over 6,000 square metres of heated garages in Irkutsk, company-owned vehicles, certified engineering and technical staff, a 24/7 dispatch service, an operations department and a licensed medical office for pre-trip and post-trip driver examinations.
The engineering and technical team is focused on safe passenger transportation, which is the foundation of our company.
Today ATA BAIKAL CRUISE LLC is one of Irkutsk’s largest transport contractors for corporate and private clients. The company has experience operating in the Far North, including Yakutia, Ust-Kut, Magistralny, Zhigalovo and other destinations.

How to book transportation
Send a request to the company email and include:
- the required vehicle category;
- the date and time of the event;
- pickup point, route, number of guests and contact details.
Once the request has been reviewed, a dispatcher will contact you to confirm every detail. Our experienced logistics team will help select an efficient route and the most comfortable coach or minibus for your needs.

Billable vehicle time starts when the bus arrives at the customer’s pickup point and ends when it departs, including one technological hour for travel from the garage to the pickup point and back.
The minimum booking for coaches with 20–51 seats is 3 hours. For vehicles with 8–16 seats, the daytime minimum is 2 hours and the night-time minimum is 3 hours.
The price depends on the season and the volume of services ordered: a larger volume lowers the unit cost. A dispatcher will calculate the exact price for your request.
